目前國內(nei)(nei)無(wu)紙面(mian)石膏板(ban)生產線(xian)的自(zi)動(dong)化程(cheng)度(du)還未實現,現處于手動(dong)和(he)半(ban)自(zi)動(dong)水平,受自(zi)動(dong)化水平的限制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),國內(nei)(nei)的無(wu)紙面(mian)石膏板(ban)的質量和(he)產量均不能滿足市場(chang)的需求;為了解決以上(shang)存在的問題,本設(she)(she)備提供了一套自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong);其所采用(yong)的方案是:該自(zi)控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)包括中(zhong)央控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室、溫度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)、配料(liao)工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)、成(cheng)型(xing)工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)、切斷工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)、橫向(xiang)輸送工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)、烘(hong)干工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)、各(ge)個工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)之間(jian)通過(guo) MELSCNET/H 網(wang)絡(luo)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)環網(wang)連接,構(gou)成(cheng)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)網(wang)絡(luo)層(ceng);各(ge)工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)通過(guo) CC-LINK 網(wang)與智能控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)(she)備、變(bian)頻(pin)器連接,構(gou)成(cheng)現場(chang)網(wang)絡(luo)層(ceng);生產控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)采用(yong)分布式(shi) PLC 控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong), CPU 模(mo)塊選用(yong)西(xi)門(men)子(zi)(zi) S7-300,現場(chang)I/O 模(mo)塊采用(yong)西(xi)門(men)子(zi)(zi) ET-200S,人機界面(mian) HMI 為西(xi)門(men)子(zi)(zi) WinCC。各(ge)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)上(shang)位控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)心 SCADA 通過(guo)冗余工(gong)業以太網(wang)相(xiang)連,從而實現生產過(guo)程(cheng)的集中(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)實時數據(ju)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一管理(li)。設(she)(she)備級(變(bian)頻(pin)器、分布式(shi) I/O 等)采用(yong)現場(chang)總線(xian)通訊。電氣控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)(she)備主要包括 MCC 控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、SCADA 操(cao)作員站(zhan)(zhan)、現場(chang)各(ge)類檢測元件(jian)。
