目前國(guo)內(nei)無紙面(mian)石(shi)膏板(ban)生(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)的自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)程度還未實現,現處于手動(dong)和半自(zi)動(dong)水平,受(shou)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)水平的限制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),國(guo)內(nei)的無紙面(mian)石(shi)膏板(ban)的質量(liang)和產(chan)量(liang)均不能滿足市場的需(xu)求;為了(le)解決以(yi)上存(cun)在的問題,本設(she)(she)備(bei)提供了(le)一(yi)套自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong);其(qi)所(suo)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)的方案是(shi):該自(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)包括中央控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室、溫度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)、配料工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、成(cheng)(cheng)型工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、切斷工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、橫向輸(shu)送工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、烘干(gan)工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、各(ge)個工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)之間通(tong)(tong)過 MELSCNET/H 網(wang)(wang)絡系(xi)統(tong)環(huan)網(wang)(wang)連接,構成(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)網(wang)(wang)絡層(ceng);各(ge)工作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)通(tong)(tong)過 CC-LINK 網(wang)(wang)與智(zhi)能控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)(she)備(bei)、變頻器(qi)(qi)連接,構成(cheng)(cheng)現場網(wang)(wang)絡層(ceng);生(sheng)產(chan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)分布(bu)式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong), CPU 模塊(kuai)選用(yong)(yong)西門(men)子(zi) S7-300,現場I/O 模塊(kuai)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)西門(men)子(zi) ET-200S,人機界面(mian) HMI 為西門(men)子(zi) WinCC。各(ge)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)和上位控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中心(xin) SCADA 通(tong)(tong)過冗余工業以(yi)太網(wang)(wang)相連,從而實現生(sheng)產(chan)過程的集中控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和實時數據統(tong)一(yi)管理。設(she)(she)備(bei)級(變頻器(qi)(qi)、分布(bu)式 I/O 等)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)現場總線(xian)通(tong)(tong)訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)(she)備(bei)主要包括 MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、SCADA 操(cao)作(zuo)員站(zhan)(zhan)、現場各(ge)類檢測元件。
